What to include
More context usually means fewer back-and-forth emails.
- Billing issue: include the payment email, approximate purchase time, and what credit wallet looked wrong.
- Video issue: include browser, device, camera/microphone permissions, and whether upload or playback failed.
- Recruiter invite issue: include the invite code, candidate email, and whether the candidate started or completed the interview.
- LinkedIn issue: include whether this is LinkedIn sign-in, LinkedIn Connect, or posting from the share kit.
- Privacy/legal request: include the account email and whether the request involves resumes, videos, transcripts, AI feedback, or share links.
